Habib Satha Towing is a towing and car transport company serving Riyadh. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, call or message us on 0583399475, or join our optional updates list. We follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and collect only what we need to arrange your tow.
Information we collect
When you request a tow we receive the details you choose to send: your name, phone number, WhatsApp messages, your location pin, the car make and model, photos of the car and the pickup and delivery addresses.
If you join our updates list, we store the email address or WhatsApp number you entered (either one is enough, neither is required on its own), the date you joined and the consent you gave. This website has no contact forms and does not ask for payment card details.
How we use information
We use your details to quote a price, send the truck, reach you on arrival, deliver the car and keep a simple record of the job in case you have a question later.
Updates list contacts receive occasional messages about seasonal car care and our services. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to load and work properly. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
If we add analytics in the future, this section will be updated before it goes live, and any non-essential cookies will need your consent.
Analytics and third-party tools
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages securely. Updates list sign-ups are stored in a Cloudflare database controlled by us.
When you message us on WhatsApp, the message is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Map links open Google Maps under Google's policy.
Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only when needed to complete your request, for example giving your name and car details to the workshop or insurer you asked us to deliver to.
We may also disclose data if required by Saudi law or a competent authority, such as the traffic police after an accident.
Data retention
Job details are kept for up to 12 months so we can answer questions about a past tow, then deleted.
Updates list contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
Data security
Access to job records and the updates list is limited to our own team. Website traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
No system is perfectly secure, so we keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to run the service.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent for the updates list at any time.
Send your request by WhatsApp or call 0583399475 and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can raise a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Children's privacy
Our services are meant for adults who own or are responsible for a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
Significant changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
